As the founder of Sierra and Sons Construction LLC, I bring over 20 years of extensive experience in both residential and commercial building projects. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, I approach every task, regardless of size, with unwavering dedication.

 

My journey in the construction industry commenced approximately 22 years ago, where I began as part of a small home remodeling company. It was here that I discovered my passion for construction and remodeling. Over the course of a decade, I honed my skills as a carpenter, eventually ascending to the position of Superintendent.

 

Seeking continuous growth and development, I transitioned to the realm of commercial building. Graduating at the top of my class and being recognized as apprentice of the year in the drywall and lathers union, I have spearheaded the successful completion of over 20 diverse projects. My expertise spans exterior and interior metal framing, drywall installation, lath & plaster, waterproofing, tape/mud application, painting, and finish carpentry.

 

Throughout my career, I have assumed various leadership roles, including foreman, general foreman, superintendent, and general superintendent. This rich tapestry of experience has equipped me with invaluable insights and skills, culminating in my decision to establish my own enterprise.

 

Driven by a desire to create a lasting legacy for my family, I embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship. I take immense pride in the quality of workmanship that characterizes Sierra and Sons Construction LLC, a legacy I am committed to passing on to future generations.
