I had the pleasure of working with Alan Sierra on a 90,000 sq.ft., 4 story, ground up, design build commercial athletic club in Walnut Creek, California with a total project volume of $80,000,000 for the following scope: Exterior cold form framing, interior cold form framing, interior/exterior gyp board assemblies, and interior finishes.

From the start, Alan was an extremely client driven member of the team who excelled at cross trade coordination, accurate schedule planning, and constructabitity input. Alan has an acute eye for detail and his ability to recognize constraints in the drawings was a huge value to the project.

His leadership, problem-solving capacity, and strong work ethic is prominent. Alan's dedication and persistence was key in the successful completion of this dynamic project.
Furthermore, his adaptive nature and proactive mindset allowed for a smooth and effective development process.

Alan's work ethic and dedication were immediately recognized, and throughout the course of the project Alan's attitude and commitment never wavered. His efforts were truly tangible and he created a comradery throughout the project with his team approach.
I believe not only did we see what kind of character Alan had, but the entire job including competing companies acknowledged what Alan had to offer. He works well with everyone, honest, responsible and has the "right way' about him. We all quickly learned what a benefit he was to all of us.

Alan's pride in his selected profession is clear when you discuss project details, upcoming schedule activities and forthcoming challenges. He consistently led his team from the front and was always there to assist in problem solving and problem avoidance. This project required several framing contractors, to which Alan stood out from the rest as the next bright and intelligent up-and-comer.
